305 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 305 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 305 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 305 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.

Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access detected on your account must be reported to the 305 support team immediately via email at [email protected].

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 305 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foreign currency exchange rates do not apply, as the platform operates entirely in MYR for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. 305 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Withdrawals will be processed via your original deposit method as a security measure to prevent fraud. Prior to your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect account details are entirely the user's responsibility.

305 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or a legal compliance requirement. Bonus funds received are subject to separate rollover conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

305 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases of legitimate account closure due to a breach, any funds remaining in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 305 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures upon completion of the identity verification process.

Terms Amendments

305 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body or court. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
